Start at top or sides, but not bottom.
With flat head screwdriver, push hard toward the edge then pry at an angle at plastic tabs. ( I broke most of the them) https://i.imgur.com/HTcBvEx.jpg
Edge is locate below the side bulge.
After cleanup, some buttons dont work. So I glue some tin foil under the rubber.
Press and hold tv power button and enter 21 for philips tv.
